Role Overview

As a Developer, you will play an integral role in creating exciting and well-thought-out digital experiences across multiple platforms (web and mobile). You will assist in realizing proof of concepts, selecting appropriate technologies, and contributing to prototyping and technical solutions that enhance the customer experience and meet client business goals. What will you do?

• Contribute to the creative and technical development of projects from concept to implementation.

• Write clean, maintainable code and take ownership of its quality and robustness.

• Bridge the gap between design and development by working on prototypes to validate creative ideas.

• Assist in developing proof of concepts and pilot testing solutions to help communicate and sell ideas to clients.

• Support in pitches and proposals, presenting technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Learn from senior developers and actively contribute to team growth by sharing your progress and ideas.

What would help you to succeed in this role?

To excel as a Developer, you should have:

• A foundational understanding of programming languages, particularly HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Svelte, Vue) and an eagerness to learn new technologies.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for discovering and applying modern technologies.

• Ability to work collaboratively with designers, developers, and clients to bring solutions to life.

• A proactive attitude and a desire to develop both your technical and professional skills.
