Role Overview

AI agents are everywhere right now, but let’s be honest - most of them are all hype with no real impact. At Adventure Club, we’re here to change that. We’re building AI-powered agents that actually solve problems, automate the right things, and create real business value.

To make this happen, we’re growing our AI team and looking for an AI Engineer to help us turn AI into something practical, scalable, and game-changing.

What will you do?

At Adventure Club, you’ll work at the intersection of AI, design, and business innovation, shaping the future of AI-powered solutions in a high-impact role.

As an AI Engineer, you’ll be hands-on, developing and deploying AI agents that seamlessly integrate into real workflows and create practical, scalable impact. Using Google’s AI stack, LLMs, and automation frameworks, you’ll collaborate with designers, strategists, and business teams to make AI seamless, smart, and truly valuable.

Your role will involve:

• Writing clean, scalable code (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
• Connecting AI models and APIs (Google Cloud AI, Vertex AI, OpenAI, LangChain, etc.).
• Building AI-powered workflows and automation tools that fit into real businesses.
• Experimenting, iterating, and refining AI-driven applications.
• Prototyping and testing new AI capabilities.
• Being part of an AI-driven team in a fast-moving, creative environment.

What would help you to succeed in this role?

We’re not after an AI research scientist - we need a full-stack developer who knows how to apply AI in the real world. You might be a software engineer, data engineer, or ML enthusiast who’s built and deployed intelligent systems before.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have experience in full-stack development and automation (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
• Know how to work with AI APIs and models.
• Have a problem-solving mindset - you’re not just coding, you’re making AI work for people.
• Enjoy building, testing, and refining AI-powered solutions that businesses can actually use.
