About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our growing team of adventurers in Helsinki, Finland. We are looking to find someone who is passionate about their work, and creative and critical in their thinking process. You get excited about leading the product design process, and helping our clients take their ideas from concepts to reality.

Our future Senior Product Designer must be able to engage in defining a clear vision for each project and to transform it into buildable experiences and services. A proven record of 5+ years of experience in product design roles is necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the definition of conceptual directions and product visions, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.

• Apply expert knowledge of product design principles and methodologies, scope projects, and work in teams to deliver refined designs.

• Spearhead product design initiatives, articulating design rationale effectively to diverse teams and clients.

• Design engaging visual customer experiences across various digital platforms and devices.

• Translate user insights and business requirements into effective user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Actively foster and manage client relationships, contributing to business development as required.

About you

• You are a strategic creative thinker and problem solver with the ability to inspire clients and team members with creative, usable, and well-thought-out solutions fitting in with the current digital trends.

• At least 5 years or more of experience in digital product design.

• Prior experience working with digital product teams and a proven track record for designing outstanding and delightful products across a variety of digital platforms.

• A maker and doer who loves crafting towards simplicity and user-centricity, paying attention to the little details that make a big difference.

• Experience with user research methodologies and tools.

• Deep expertise in Figma, including the development and maintenance of design systems, advanced prototyping for user experience validation, and fostering effective collaboration across design and development teams.

• Experience with system design and AI-oriented projects is a plus, just like ability to travel when needed.

• You are able to work in Finland without any restrictions.
