What will you do?

As a Design Client Partner at Adventure Club, you are both a relationship builder and a senior advisor in the world of strategic design. You will:

• Drive lead activities and nurture long-term client partnerships.

• Identify new opportunities and close deals, building credibility and trust through your expertise in design consulting.

• Support our growth through your strong, existing network.

• Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring both business success and design excellence.

• Act as a senior advisor in strategic design client projects.

• Guide and shape project roadmaps, define design goals, and ensure alignment between business, technology, and user needs.

• Work alongside our design and development teams to co-create proposals, pitches, and strategic narratives that resonate with clients.

What will help you succeed?

• 10+ years of proven success in strategic design leadership.

• Proven experience in design consulting ensures that you understand the realities of building and scaling products.

• Strong communication, facilitation, and advisory skills, because our clients should see you as a trusted partner in shaping product and design decisions.

• A curiosity and working understanding of how emerging technologies, including AI, shape product design, and the ability to translate that into meaningful conversations with clients.

• A track record of managing and growing accounts in consulting, design, or tech-driven businesses.

• Ability to bridge business strategy, design, and technology, and articulate this clearly to C-level stakeholders.

• Familiarity with account management methodologies, but with the adaptability to adjust them to our co-creative, flexible ways of working.

• A proactive, curious mindset, always scanning for opportunities where design can make a difference.
