We are a tight-knit team of around 50 ambitious adventurers who are ambitious to explore beyond. We are now looking for a UX/UI Designer with a holistic mindset to join our Helsinki studio!

We are looking for You who understand that great design starts long before Figma is even opened. While we value a sharp eye for aesthetics, we need a strategic thinker who can navigate the messy middle of product development: defining concepts, validating assumptions with users, and aligning stakeholders with different priorities.

Your impact

• Concept Development: Translate abstract business goals into tangible user journeys and complex ideas into visually engaging and intuitive designs. You’ll use AI as a sparring partner to brainstorm ideas and map out edge cases

• Validation & Research: Lead user testing and discovery sessions to ensure we’re solving the right problems before we invest in high-fidelity builds, utilising modern tools

• Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the bridge between business, tech, and the user. You can clearly articulate the "why" behind design decisions to both developers and CEOs

• End-to-End Execution: Own the process from rough sketches to polished, developer-ready UI in Figma. You leverage AI-powered tools to power your workflow, keeping your focus on the high-value creative work. Transform complex ideas into visually engaging and intuitive designs that solve real-world problems

• Continuous Improvement: Iterate and refine designs based on business needs, analytics, and user feedback

Who You Who You Are Ideally?

• Fluent in Finnish & English: Essential for collaboration with our local and international clients

• 4+ Years Experience: Strong background in UX/UI or Product Design, specifically within an agency or product team

• People-Oriented: You thrive in a team environment and have the social skills to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes

• Beyond the Tool: You are a Figma pro, but you know that a whiteboard, a Post-it note, or a well-written document is often your most powerful tool

• Strategic and Holistic Mindset: You have an understanding of Service Design and Business Design principles and how they relate to the product lifecycle. You enjoy the "Discovery" phase as much as the "Delivery" phase

• Tech-Forward: You view AI tools not as a threat, but as a way to reach "Speed to Market" faster or to enable new opportunities

• Portfolio: You can show us projects where you didn't just "make it pretty," but solved a complex problem or pivoted a direction based on user research
