We are looking for a Strategic Designer to join our team in Helsinki. You will work with a diverse mix of clients — from high-growth scale-ups building their foundation to established global brands seeking to "Operationalize Efficiency"

Your role is to act as a clarifier and expert guide. You don't need to be the loudest voice in the room; instead, you help stakeholders clarify their own thinking with your strong expertise. You navigate strong opinions and conflicting interests, building the trust needed to define a shared, actionable direction.

Your Impact:

• Turn Chaos into Clarity: You take abstract goals and diverse inputs, bringing your expert perspective to synthesize them into a clear, coherent strategy

• Facilitate Alignment: You design the discussions and frameworks that allow stakeholders to find common ground and move past internal friction

• Orchestrate Value: You ensure every strategy maps back to real impact — whether that's launching a new venture, driving revenue, or optimizing efficiency

• From strategy to execution: You ensure the vision survives the build. You create the roadmaps that bridge high-level thinking with practical execution

Who You Are Ideally?

• 4+ Years Experience: Strong background in Strategic, Business or Service Design, specifically within an agency or product teams

• High Emotional Intelligence: You are a skilled listener who builds trust easily. You make diverse stakeholders feel heard and understood

• Tech-Savvy: You understand the business implications of AI and automation, helping clients navigate "Digital Transformation" confidently

• Commercial Fluency: You speak the language of business (ROI, OKRs) fluently and can use them to argue for design decisions

• Fluent in Finnish & English: You need to navigate sensitive political landscapes and build trust in both languages

• Curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring AI in versatile and creative ways
