We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team in Helsinki. You will tackle complex challenges for a variety of clients — from helping ambitious scale-ups build their first digital products to helping global brands evolve their ecosystems.

We are looking for a maker with empathy. You are not afraid to leave the canvas to build functional prototypes with modern AI tools (like Cursor), but you never lose sight of the human needs driving the design.

Your Impact:

• Empathy to Insight: You translate raw human signals into clear concepts. You take qualitative data from user research and turn it into well-crafted services that solve real needs

• Modern Validation: You validate designs rigorously. You comfortably mix traditional user testing with modern methods — such as testing against synthetic audiences — to speed up learning

• Functional Prototyping: You go beyond static screens. You use modern AI-driven platforms (like Cursor, v0) to build functional prototypes that prove your concepts work in code

• Crafting with Impact: You design robust UX/UI solutions that work in the real world. Whether building a 0-1 product or optimizing a high-volume service, you balance creativity with business results

• Systemic Quality: You build and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency and speed

Who You Are Ideally?

• Fluent in Finnish & English: Essential for collaboration with our local and international clients

• 4+ Years Experience: Strong background in Product Design or UX/UI, specifically within an agency or product team

• Researcher & Maker: You can run a user test and build a prototype. You know how to synthesize "messy" human data into elegant solutions

• E-Commerce Strength: Experience with E-commerce or transactional services is a plus

• Tech-Forward: You view AI tools not as a threat, but as a way to reach "Speed to Market" faster or to enable new opportunities

• Curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring AI in versatile and creative ways
